We want to offer those who are allergic to specific foods the same services we assure to everybody else. Food intolerance is our opportunity to learn how to feed in a better and healthier way, regaining energy and health.

According to some data collected by Istituto Superiore di Sanità (Higher Institute of Health) and by other research groups, about 30% of the population has problems of intolerance to one or more regularly consumed foods. From a therapeutic point of view, in all cases of food intolerance it is very important to follow a specific diet, defined as “specially balanced diet”.

Tollero project was born with the ambitious aim to offer the competence and assistance of those who know the problem of food intolerance well, carefully choosing products that are compatible and free from the main allergens.
