The first bio cafè opens in Alessandria in 2006.

The shop is small, but comfortable and highly appreciated by the customers, who soon become regulars. Much appreciation is given to the products, a wide range of which satisfies the needs of those suffering from food allergies and intolerances.

The organic coffee has a great success. The outdoor area is spacious and offers the possibility to organize big events.

Innovative bar

Mr. Jimmy Ghione awards a prize to bio cafè after only six months since its opening; bio cafè also won the first prize Brachetto Time 2006 as the most innovative Italian bar.

The finalists were selected by a jury composed of itinerant journalists and “Bargiornale” experts.

The journalist Jimmy Ghione, showman and special correspondent for "Striscia la notizia" gave the winners the fine "Un mondo di Brachetto" ceramic trophy. This valuable work by Mr. Franco Zavattaro, a goldsmith master living in Canelli, represents, with the colours of wine, the hills surrounding the Alto Monferrato.

Customized car
The customized car gave us high visibility.

The second bio cafè was realized integrating the experience of the first opening with the will to ameliorate both the place and the products’ offer. Located in the centre of Alessandria, it is a 200 square metre coffee shop.

The main and distinctive features of the furniture took their form almost spontaneously. The glass counter top is back-lighted. There is always a show case raised in correspondence of the refrigerated one. The customized columns surround the entrance door.

The customers can seat down, choosing between two rooms with modern colours and lights adjustable according to the circumstance and event. Excellent music, never too loud, entertains the guests. They can also sit on stools and use a large surface to read newspapers and magazines.
