Our ethics

What does «Ethics» mean?
Ethics is the name under which we gather those rules we apply to ourselves to try and manage our freedom in the best possible way. It is not mere theory: our ethics guides us in our everyday life, it relates to our daily routine and is reflected in behavioural principles. As the philosopher Immanuel Kant said, you can define as 'ethic' the behaviour of that man acting as driven neither by fears of punishment nor by hopes of opportunistic reward, but rather by his own reason.

Our ethics in the bio cafè project
In order to stick to the “main ideals” that inspired our project, we wrote them down, focusing on the topics that we consider as the most important ones.

People
People are the real strength of what we do. Our staff shares our philosophy; our customers have the right to trust.

Our purpose
We want to offer products favouring a healthy nutrition, recognised as excellent for both taste and high-quality, prepared in full respect of the regulations and with particular care to avoid possible contaminations by allergens.

Products
The products are at the very core of our daily commitment. We are always searching for high-quality products that must be perceived as distinctive by both our franchisees and common people.

Franchisees
The franchisees are our partners in the achievement of the business success. We have to work together with them to increase the value of the category within which we work, always respecting our customers.

Profit
Profit is an important sign of the company’s health and is a fundamental element in the creation of progress and welfare, but we don’t want to reach it at any cost. Activities that could impair people’s dignity don’t belong to our working philosophy.

Strategy
Our strategy follows the “vinco-vinci” (I win- you win) formula. We would like our franchisee-partners to be satisfied with our service and to reach self-fulfilment within their business adventure. Our customers must find a good service at the right price.
